We have changed the name, logo and colors of Quality Electric to Loyal Lab Electric & Generators.

As you can imagine, wrapping trucks with our new logo is very time consuming/expensive so we have decided to slowly roll out the new truck designs over the next few months so it is very likely that you may see both trucks driving around or even at your house when your appointment day comes.

This can be a tricky question to answer, so we always recommend a free in home generator consultation with one of our experts. However most homes in NH and Maine can fully operate their entire home (within reason) with a 16KW+We are authorized Generac Dealer, Installers and Service Technicians.
This is a great question and has a few different layers, the actual physical installation part usually takes 1-3 days depending on the complexity of the project. However the entire planning and execution may take 2-4 weeks from time of signed agreement to finished installation depending on how many trades and inspections need to be coordinated.
There can be quite a few things involved in these projects, especially if there is not already a propane or natural gas fuel supply on site near the generator location. We have an article on our website that covers what goes into a generator installation, you can find it here! Generator Installation Guide

We do our best to cover our tracks, there can be an extensive amount of digging that goes on during your installation so the lawn may need some time to recover but there should never be any permanent damage.
Yes we do! We have a financing partner that offers a variety of different payment options.
Yes, generators can safely be installed in homes with septic systems as long as the correct care is taken during the planning stages of the project.
This is a great question and honestly one that comes up so often! A stand by generator is exactly like it sounds. A generator that is on stand by! Ready to start and transfer power automatically when the power goes out, whether you are home or not. A portable generator is like the other lawn equipment you may have in your shed. Its on wheels and runs off gasoline. When the power goes out you have to wheel it out, start it up and plug it in. This can be a great and inexpensive way to power your home during an outage if you are physically capable of handling the machine. If you want to learn more about our portable generator systems…check out this video on our Youtube Channel!
This can usually be a hard one to answer without doing an on site evaluation. There are so many things that can impact the cost but generally a full automatic setup ranges from $10k-$25K depending on size, fuel supply and site conditions.

Yes, we are certified Generac Service Techs. We do not service other brands at this time.
If your generator fails to start during a winter storm, it’s safe for you to go outside. You should reset your unit and see if that does the trick. If you are not sure how to do that we put together a video on our Youtube Channel to show you. Check it out here!
There are so many different reasons this could be happening. The most common ones are a bad battery or fuel supply issues. The most common fuel supply issue that we come across is a frozen fuel regulator. Which can usually be cleared by removing any snow from the regulator and trying to start it again.
Newer model Generacs will have a maintenance reminder that will trigger automatically when its time. Also if you haven’t had it done in a year or two … .This is your reminder that its time!
YYes we are authorized Generac Service Techs so we can take care of any Generac issues you may have.
We do have an inventory of most basic Generac parts to help keep you up and running.
The lifespan of a whole-house generator can vary greatly depending on the use and maintenance of the individual unit as well as the environmental conditions. The average is about 15-25 years. If your unit is used frequently or in a coastal area they tend to be closer to the 15 year mark.
Absolutely! If you have a portable you should be testing it every couple months at least to ensure it runs when you need it. Most automatic generators have a test feature called an exercise timer. It will start either weekly or by-weekly all on its own and run for about 10 minutes. This is important because if there is an issue you want to notice it during its exercise time NOT during an actual outage.

Exceptional customer service and transparency. Will be using Eric and his team for future projects. Quality electric is truly what a professional trades service exemplifies.Posted on Matt PlumleeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Solid, fast work, and very personable and workers. They installed an electrical box for connecting a double wall-oven for us (in a much more appropriate place than the original builder did), and they made sure our new oven was hooked up and working. The initial investigation for the quote took about 15 minutes, and the actual work took about an hour the next day. They snaked the wire through behind the cabinet and kept the new box out of the way but very accessible for if the oven ever needs to be removed or replaced again. It cost a bit more than I would like, but it's the price they quoted, and I'm happy knowing that the job was done right and should last the life of the house.
